Before joining LimeLight, Karen shaped guest experiences and led operations for iconic brands including Disney Cruise Line, Atlantis The Palm, Fairmont Banff Springs, and Over The Edge. Organized, upbeat, and people-focused, Karen makes every project run smoother—and a little brighter too!
Now based in Nova Scotia with her husband and two boys, she finds joy in discovering new places—whether it’s a new corner of the world or a hidden local gem.
